What does it mean when we say, “no cost to you?”  Surely, you think, we must get paid somehow for our services? And we do. We are insurance brokers. We get paid by the insurance company you select if you give us the privilege of working with you in your health insurance needs in the future. You do not pay us one penny for our services.

The price you pay to get your coverage by working with us is IDENTICAL to the price you would pay if you got the exact same coverage directly from the insurance company. There is no surcharge. There are no hidden fees. We do not build any additional costs into insurance that you get through us vs getting it directly from the insurance companies themselves.

On top of all that, it is part of our agency’s values system to make sure the coverage works the way it is supposed to. We recognize you don’t need us to purchase insurance. So we make sure you know we are available to call or email when something comes up or you have questions. We want to be your partner with your health insurance. That’s why we encourage you to reach out to us first before going directly to the insurance company’s customer service lines to see if we can answer your questions in a more timely and personal manner.

Reviews:

Every year, your Medicare health insurance will change a little. Your Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans won’t, usually. But a Medicare Advantage plan will. And so will Prescription Drug Plans. We guarantee a personal, annual review with all of our clients regarding the annual changes these plans make. In most years, about one third of our total clients had to make a change before the year was out or they would have suffered catastrophic changes to the costs of their prescription drugs or medical care. We consider the Annual Election Period to be our opportunity to provide important and essential value to our clients who have chosen to trust us with their health insurance needs.

As you can see, we provide a great deal of additional value and service to our clients and we do not charge a cent for these benefits. We can’t stress this enough: You pay the same amount to work with us as you would if you bought the same insurance on your own. The additional benefits and services are only offered to people who choose to work with us. That’s why, when you are shopping for coverage and you are trying to find someone you can work with, it is important to find out what post-sale services you will get. Can you call your agent or broker for help with an insurance problem? Will they contact you every year to review the changes on your care? Are there any additional costs or other programs you must purchase to work with them?

With these questions in mind, we always encourage you to seek out personal advice from a qualified and knowledgeable insurance advisor before making any insurance decisions.  Residents of Ohio, West Virginia, or Kentucky are always free to call or contact us to get help with their Medicare questions.
