Our Services
Welcome to Medicareformyparents.com. If your Parents and/or Uncles and Aunts are 65 and older and also retired, then we can help guide you and your Parents and/or Uncles and Aunts through the Medicare process!

Medicare Planning
Your parents or your Aunts and Uncles who are 65 or older are eligible for Medicare. Medicare requires enrollment at particular triggering events and at specific times throughout the year. If your receiving retirement benefits under the social security program, they will be enrolled automatically in Medicare at age 65. If they are covered under a larger group health plan (20 or more employees), they can opt out of Part B and Part D coverage without a penalty.

Medicare Supplements
Let’s start by defining the letters that make up the Medicare alphabet soup and what they mean in terms of coverage. Part A: Generally covers inpatient hospital services Part B: Usually covers doctor and outpatient services Part C: Known as Medicare Advantage and is an alternative to original Medicare Parts A and B plus D (This plan typically offers drug coverage, plus vision and dental care. Individuals must first enroll in original Medicare to be eligible for Part C Medicare Advantage. The cost of the plan may be the same as original Medicare, but there could be additional charges depending on the plan selected.) Part D: Prescription coverage

Medicare Advantage
Medicare Advantage Plans are a type of Medicare health plan offered by a private company that contracts with Medicare to provide all your Part A and Part B benefits. Most Medicare Advantage Plans also offer prescription drug coverage. If you’re enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan, most Medicare services are covered through the plan. Your Medicare services aren’t paid for by Original Medicare.

Ancillary Services
Ancillary products respond to client' needs to access important benefits, such as dental insurance, vision insurance and term life insurance. With ancillary dental, vision and hearing benefits, clients can get preventative care, not just care when a problem develops

Let us help your Parents, and/or Uncles and Aunts select the best Medicare plan for their specific needs!
Medigap is Medicare Supplement Insurance that helps fill “gaps” in Original Medicare and is sold by private companies. Original Medicare pays for much, but not all, of the cost for covered health care services and supplies. A Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) policy can help pay some of the remaining health care costs, like:
- Copayments
- Coinsurance
MediGap vs Medicare Advantage
Your Parents and/or Aunts and Uncles Plan Should Work for them!
Helping your parents choosing between a Medicare Advantage plan or a Medigap insurance plan (also known as a Medicare Supplement insurance plan) is easier when you know what you want out of your coverage.
What’s most important to you? For example:
- Predictable expenses
- A network that lets you keep your doctor
- Dependable coverage
- A plan that covers the benefits you need
